Product Manager - internal tools (Honolulu, HI)

Cedar Umber Facilities looks after properties across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 562 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
