Product Manager - internal tools (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Honolulu with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
