Product Manager - internal tools (Hartford, CT)

Summit Linden Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Hartford serving households and small businesses, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
