Product Manager - internal tools (Grand Rapids, MI)

Summit Linden Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Grand Rapids, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
