Product Manager - internal tools (Grand Rapids, MI)

Redstone Bridge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
