Product Manager - internal tools (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath North Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Fresno, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
