Product Manager - internal tools (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Meadow Insurance is an insurance company in Fresno with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
