Product Manager - internal tools (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Drift Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
