Clearpath Rook Markets is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
