Product Manager - internal tools (Fresno, CA)

Nova Corner Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Fresno, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 380 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
