Product Manager - internal tools (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Timber Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
