Product Manager - internal tools (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Wren Care Services Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 537 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
