Product Manager - internal tools (Detroit, MI)

Bright Wilder Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Detroit. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
