Product Manager - internal tools (Des Moines, IA)

Westbrook Willow Medical is a Des Moines company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
