Product Manager - internal tools (Des Moines, IA)

Redstone Beacon Markets is a Des Moines retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
