Product Manager - internal tools (Denver, CO)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Denver, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
