Product Manager - internal tools (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Meridian Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Denver. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
