Product Manager - internal tools (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ashton Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Denver. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
