Product Manager - internal tools (Dallas, TX)

Fernwood Pike Medical is a Dallas company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 778 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
