Product Manager - internal tools (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Lakeside Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Colorado Springs, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
