Product Manager - internal tools (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Cedar Facilities Group looks after properties across the Colorado Springs region, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
