Product Manager - internal tools (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen Ember Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Cincinnati producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
