Product Manager - internal tools (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook North Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
