Product Manager - internal tools (Chicago, IL)

Stonegate Glen Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
