Product Manager - internal tools (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Haven Medical Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
