Product Manager - internal tools (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Willow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Charleston. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
