Product Manager - internal tools (Charleston, SC)

Northwind Cedar Banking Services Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
