Product Manager - internal tools (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge River Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Buffalo with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
