Product Manager - internal tools (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Lakeside Care Services Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 326 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
