Product Manager - internal tools (Buffalo, NY)

Westbrook Summit Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Buffalo. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 453 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting.
