Product Manager - internal tools (Buffalo, NY)

Clearpath Amber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Buffalo, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
