Product Manager - internal tools (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Rook Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Boston. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
