Product Manager - internal tools (Boston, MA)

Fernwood River Markets Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
