Product Manager - internal tools (Boston, MA)

Lumen Pike Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Boston, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
