Product Manager - internal tools (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
