Product Manager - internal tools (Boise, ID)

Silverline Lantern Insurance Group is an insurance company in Boise with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting.
