Product Manager - internal tools (Birmingham, AL)

Nova Vale Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Birmingham, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
