Product Manager - internal tools (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Timber Insurance is an insurance company in Birmingham with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
