Product Manager - internal tools (Birmingham, AL)

Northwind Stone Facilities looks after properties across the Birmingham region, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
