Product Manager - internal tools (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Field Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Birmingham, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 818 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
