Product Manager - internal tools (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Fern Care Services supports families and individuals in Baltimore with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
