Product Manager - internal tools (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Bright Field Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 625 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
