Product Manager - internal tools (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Granite Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
