Product Manager - internal tools (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Oak Care Services supports families and individuals in Baltimore with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
