Product Manager - internal tools (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Iron Insurance is an insurance company in Atlanta with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
