Product Manager - internal tools (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Quill Facilities Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
