Product Manager - internal tools (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Mill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Atlanta serving households and small businesses, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
