Product Manager - internal tools (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Forge Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 640 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
