Product Manager - internal tools (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Field Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Albuquerque producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
