Product Manager - customer billing portal (remote)

Cedar Water Authority supplies drinking water to about 300,000 residents around San Jose, and most customers pay and manage their accounts online. We are hiring a contract product manager to improve our billing portal, working remotely. What you will do • Analyse customer calls and portal analytics to find the biggest problems. • Prioritise and manage improvements with our development vendor. • Make sure changes are accessible in English and Spanish. What we are looking for • Three or more years as a product manager or analyst; utility or public-sector experience is a plus. • Clear communicator, comfortable with stakeholders across the organisation. Contract for nine months, remote.
